All sessions, packages, retreats, and workshops are non-refundable once purchased.

Each offering reserves dedicated time, energy, and preparation within Natalie’s schedule. Because of this, all payments are final.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Requests made with less notice may not be accommodated.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
